On the last day of the week, September 27, Belintersat was visited by representatives of the Association of Veterans of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, headed by the Chairperson of the Association, Zoya Leonidovna Kolontai.
The delegation of veterans of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was accompanied by the former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the State of Israel, Vladimir Nikolaevich Skvortsov.
Oleg Aleksandrovich Vinyarsky, Head of the Ground Control Complex, conducted a tour of the ground control complex for our visitors.
He told the distinguished guests, who dedicated their careers to serving the Belarusian people and country, about the specifics of the functioning of the national satellite communications and broadcasting system in Belarus and abroad.
Oleg Aleksandrovich answered numerous questions of interest to the delegation representatives, as always, with knowledge of the matter and a bit of humor.
We are pleased that the meeting of generations, the reason for which was the development of satellite technologies in Belarus, took place in a friendly and sunny atmosphere, despite the cloudy weather.
